Interesting article but incomplete as far as options are concerned and full of holes.
Firstly, as pointed out below, are you referencing raw milk or pasteurised/homogenised milk? These impact the nutritional value and destroy valuable enzymes that help to digest the milk.
Secondly, as pointed out soy has phytoestrogens but they have proven that they don’t interfere with hormonal processes, especially compared to the hormone content in cow’s milk.
Third point is, as said below, you haven’t included oat or hemp milks.
